Sarah is a BS Psychology graduate from Ateneo de Manila University and is currently an MA Candidate for Psychology, Majoring in Organizational Development. She was an educator for many years, teaching in Poveda Learning Centre, Miriam College Child Study Center, and the Learning Nook.  She has worked as an independent consultant for Learning and Organizational Development where she designed and executed programs targeted to shape an organization’s culture, guide them through a change process, and align their mission, vision, and values to their strategic goals and objectives.  She is also a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner having been certified by the Asia Pacific Council of NLP topping her class with nearly perfect scores.  Throughout her professional career, she has worked with companies from a wide range of industries including Google, PAGCOR, Pilipinas Shell, Unilever, World Health Organization, Meralco, Globe Telecom, PruLife UK, and Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc.
