Joyce Casino
Joyce is a marketing research practitioner with 27 years of experience, built on a strong foundation with agencies such as TNS, Millward Brown, Consumer Vibe Asia, Asia Research Organization, Kantar Malaysia, and IQVIA Singapore (as an independent consultant). She has worked across a wide range of sectors—from telecom and digital platforms to FMCG, finance, real estate, and healthcare—bringing insight into both consumer and stakeholder behavior.
Her methodological experience spans brand tracking, U&A, satisfaction studies, product and concept tests, ad testing, pricing, segmentation, and exploratory research. Since 2022, she has led development-focused studies at Organic Intelligence, including advocacy campaign evaluations, SBCC research, KAP surveys, and policy-oriented projects—supporting evidence-based strategies for government and nonprofit partners.
Joyce is currently completing her Impact Evaluation Certification Program with the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITCILO).
