The mobility landscape in the Philippines has evolved significantly, especially in view of the pandemic.
The influx of different brands in the country has opened up opportunities to provide end-to-end services for all mobility-related needs. ACMobility is the first to provide these services in the Philippines, operating nation-wide networks for different mobility needs, as well as investing in the creation of a sustainable ecosystem as the Philippines transitions to electrified mobility.
In support of their goal in creating a culture of learning within the company, OI worked with ACMobility on a series of capacity-building workshops across a wide range of skills, from leadership to taking care of their well-being.
Objective-Aligned / Insight-Aware
As part of a nation-wide Learning Expo, capacity-building sessions across all levels of the organization focused on providing them working knowledge in leading their teams, managing their time, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and taking care of their overall well-being. But speaking to a wide range of people necessitated that learning modules be easily digestible and applicable—not just at work, but also on a personal level. Building on this insight, OI designed a mix of concept downloads and quick activities to assure engagement and quick application to better facilitate learning.
Outcome-Oriented / Informed by Evidence
the Learning Expo was to kick-start a culture of learning in the organization, while also cascading their business direction for the year. Animated by insight on how to facilitate learning, OI sought to impart learning tidbits via short breakout sessions where participants can acquire mindset and skills they can easily practice at work. Modules on quick-thinking and time management, among others, were designed so they were applicable not just in the workplace, but elsewhere.
On-Point / Impact-Driven
The modules that OI facilitated were among the highest rated by the participants. By leveraging effective learning tools—such as short breakouts and learning sessions—OI was able to impart key skills and mindsets useful, not just in the work that ACMobility does, but also in view of the personal well-being of ACMobility personnel.
